Big Red Beard Combs came to be by simple necessity. Its founder needed a better beard comb than the typical go-to plastic comb that may have worked in a pinch, but lacked any type of warmth or character and produced annoying static. Coming from a craftsman background of furniture making, crafting the combs from wood was a natural start. The end result was a comb that was strong, flexible and beautifully crafted. Best of all, no static.



The No. 5 Comb offers a large area above the teeth allowing for good grip and control of your grooming angle. This compact pick fits great in the small pocket in your jeans for easy access to touch up the face locks when the mood strikes


Big Red Beard Combs are crafted with a laminated technology, which ensures that your comb is made as tough as possible. The comb is made from a total of four layers to add rigidity and strength to the teeth and body of the comb. This process drastically increases the strength to ensure your comb will be around for quite some time.
