How to use it?
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using.
2. Insert the blades into the slot at a 90-degree angle.
3. Pass through the "Coarse" slot 3 times for extremely dull or damaged knives.
4. Pass through the "Medium" slot 5 times to remove burrs and restore v-shape.
5. Pass through the "Fine" slot 2-3 times to give the knife a polished and fine edge.

Caution:
1. Do not put the sharpener in the dishwasher or water.
2. Ceramic slot usually will gradually change color, it's normal.
3. To avoid damaging the knife, please sharp the knife slightly.
4. This sharpener is not suitable for scissors, serrated knives and ceramic knives.

6. Pull the blade back in a horizontal motion toward you, don't pull the knife back and forth through the slot.
