Balloon quality is very good. Will not burst even if you(70kg tested) stand on it. Try it to believe. Can be easily deflated and kept for future use after party.

Easy to inflate and deflate using a straw. Use normal scotch tape to stick it to a wall. Balloon cannot float with helium, meant to be pasted on wall =)

To inflate,

First, Find the red marking
Next: Use a straw or an air pump to slowly blow it up.

To deflate,
Put the straw or air pump in, Slowly press down the balloon to push the air out. Balloon can be reused again for next party =)
