Here are some frequently problems and solutions.

1. You cannot charge your robot and "E10" is flashing on the display panel.

Please turn on your robot before charging. The on/off switch is on the right side of your robot.

Your robot is charged successfully when "1111" is flashing on the panel.

2. Your robot gets stuck easily on chair legs or wall corner or other obstacles. 

Please clean the ground sensors at the bottom of the robot once a week to ensure dust and debris will not interference the robot's infrared signal.

Also remove anything that is inflexible such as mirrors. It will also interference the infrared signal.
