1) Put your hand facing down.
2) Adjust your palm on the center of chiropractor.
3) Press the power button.
4) Select Male / Female. (It turns off if you don't select either one)
5) Press the mode button to control the intensity.
6) Power grows stronger from female mode 1 to male mode 3.
7) Through LCD monitor, you can check air pressure of the airbag.
8) Operating time is originally set on 15minutes. (You can check it on LCD monitor)
9) After 15minutes, machine autmaticaly turns off.
