Adults add 2 droppers full (approximately 2 mL) to a full glass of water (8-10 f. oz.) and consume the entire serving 15 minutes before main meals. Do not exceed 3 servings in any 24-hour period. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program. Individual results will vary.

Do not exceed suggested daily serving. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. This product contains a potent xanthine mixture (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) of about 100 mg per serving. Consult your physician before use if you are taking medication, are sensitive to stimulants, or have a medical condition. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Use only as NiGenBioTech directed. Keep out of reach of children.
NOTE: Limit the use of xanthine-containing (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) supplements, foods, or beverages while consuming this product because stimulants may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat.
