EXPOSURE PROCEDURES OF GOODS / REFUND OF GOODS


1. Submit the goods to the Qoo10 party and give the reason (smallness / greatness)

2. If the goods have been proposed onsite, then our team as seller will prepare the replacement items you want / ask.

3. Send the goods to be exchanged to our address at: Jl. Nata Endah 2A RT.03 / RW.02 Kecamatan Kopo, Kelurahan Margahayu Tengah (Kopo Bihbul) Kab. Bandung - 40225

4. If the goods to be exchanged have been shipped, please send the shipping receipt number to the query system in Qoo10

5. Once we receive your receipt receipt number, and the receipt has been declared valid, we will immediately send the replacement item to your destination address.
