***Usage Tips***


#1 During the rainy season, it would be a good time to use our
rheumatism care packs. It helps to relief pain from rheumatism sufferers and will help
to prevent rheumatism for those who might suffer from it in the future. 

#2 Do you know that using our Improve Blood Circulation + Health Strengthening soak packs together can help with male pattern hair loss? Use the herbal water to rinse your hair when using it as a bath soak or if using as a foot soak, use some of the herbal water to rinse your hair with. Just towel dry and do not rinse your hair with plain water after that. Let the herbs work your scalp when you sleep! ;)

【Step 1】Activating the Herbs：Boil the pack in water till the water boils, or leave it in
water above 80℃ for about 3-5mins, till the color of the water turns a brown.
 
【第一步】溶药：用水将药粉煮沸3-5分钟，或用80℃以上的热水搅拌溶解，使药效充分释放药液呈综红色。
 

【Step 2】Adjust Water Temperature：Pour the herbal water into the container to use for soaking.
Container should be filled with cold water. The water in the container should now be around 40℃
or at a temperature you are comfortable in. (Do not use water lower than 38℃ to soak your feet
as the body might not absorb the herbal content at below 38℃. After adding the herbal water, 
water level should be around your mid calves when you soak your feet in it. 

【第二步】调液：将溶好的药液放入足浴桶中兑热水至适量（水位以淹至小腿中部左右为佳，足浴时水温降低，可少量多次续热
水保温），调节水温至38-45℃（以感受舒适度为准，但不可低于38℃，温度越高药效吸收越充分，效果自然越好）。
 

【Step 3】Soak Your Feet!：Soak your feet in it for around 20-40mins for best results. It is ok
to take a break inbetween. It would be good to do foot reflexology after the soak for better 
results. DO NOT wash your feet after the soak, just wipe dry with a clean towel.
 
【第三步】泡浴：泡浴时间20-40分钟为佳，中途可起浴休息片刻。泡浴过程辅以按摩足部,效果更佳。出浴后不必清水冲洗
用干净毛巾擦干药液即可），以免影响药效。

NOTES :
For【Slimming】, 【Rheumatism Care】, and those whose body are usually cold - 
Increase the water temperature for soaking if it is within tolerance levels, this will help
increase the potency of the herbs and absorption ability of the skin.

For【Rheumatism Care】, those with pain in the knee, the elderly and those who have cold feet - 
use a towel soaked in the herbal water to do warm compress on the affected area.

For 【Athlete's Foot and Foot Care】- Soak your feet often and repeatively, and change your socks often to prevent contracting disease again 
【脚气脚痒，足藓】足部皮炎、脚癣、脚气、骚痒等皮肤病患者 - 应反复浸泡患处，勤换鞋袜，避免再次感染 

Those with High Blood Pressure or Diabetes - reduce the soaking time
高血压，糖尿病患者 - 应适当缩短浸泡时间

During the soaking process, if you start to perspire too much, have heart palpitations or
feels uncomfortable,take your feet out and start again when you feel ok to continue. Total
time of soak should be from 20 - 30 mins.
 
 
If the skin that was soaked is reddish, remains warm to touch or perspiring after soaking
it is normal as theherbs are working. Keep yourself warm andstay out of the cold after
the soak to prevent catching a cold.It is advised to replenish fluids after the soak. 
(Salt water,Gulcose, honey water, sugared water, or warm milk preferred).
 
 
Some might feel sleepy, drowsy or even nauseous during the soak.Do not be alarm as this is
normal as the detox process will use up the body's reserved energy and will cause tiredness
to the body.
 
 
You feel good spiritually and mentally after the soak, but if the skin is slightly sore,
reddish after the soak, do not be alarm. It is part of the detox process and will subside in
1 to 2 hours.
 
 
药浴过程中若出汗过多，心跳加快，感觉不适，可起浴休息片刻再入浴，整个浸泡总时为20-30分钟
 
 
起浴后皮肤表面发红，仍持续发热、出汗，属正常的产品药效作用，起浴后，应注意保温不要受凉。
