We send out purchases on DAILY basis.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon payment. Orders placed on Friday or eve public holidays would most likely be processed the following Monday/ business day.

This service provides tracking number which is automatically updated in the system by Qoo10 once we have set the item as shipped out. You may track the location of the item through Qxpress. In any case if you do not receive your order after 5 days, you may email Qxpress at info@qxpress.sg with your order number.
