I've combined the serum at night with an expensive cream from dhc and it removes all of the age spots and redness in my skin. I rarely wear makeup so getting rid of the discoloration is huge. I love the L'Oreal dark spot corrector spf day cream and it has a pearlized property that makes my skin glow. I keep the cream from pilling under make-up by applying it thinly, rubbing it in well and waiting for it to completely dry. You can still see the glow under base. I don't know why this product doesn't work for everyone but it certainly works for me and allows me to go makeup free. Nothing else works like this does.
