A. It is authentic and new.
B. It is cheaper than retail because we directly imported it from US supplier. Moreover, we are an online business and do not incur (expensive) rental cost.
C. The product comes with a two-pin UK plug. It just needs a plug adapter/travel plug adapter for Singapore use. The other components of the product are the same as what you get in retail.
D. It uses a smartplug which can take 100V-240V, hence no step-down voltage converter is needed.
E. We do not provide the plug adapter so as to keep the price low, because some people already have the universal travel adapter at home. If you need one, the adapter costs a few dollars in hardware shops.
F. There is no local warranty as we imported it directly from US. However, we will provide 1-to-1 exchange if it is defective within 7 days.
