Personally I disliked poor quality thumbdrive. Pls be assured that the quality of the thumbdrive is of good standard as I have put in efforts to ensure the sourcing of products meet the minimum expectation of a consumer.

Exchange Policy:

In the event the product is spoil due to manufacturing defect, I will do a 1-to-1 exchange, delivery expenses will be beared by the buyer for returns of defected product. The request for returns has to be raised within 7 days upon receiving of the products.

Delivery Time:

Please note that delivery will take 3 to 5 working days, which do not include Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
