Steps:

1)Remove the transparent card

2)Put the controller on sticker

3)Put the sticker on our body

4)Switch on (press ON)

5)choose Patterns (Press PROGRAM)

6)Increase intensity (press ON many times)

7)Reduce training intensity(press OFF)

8)Shut down(press OFF many times)

Note:

Use 1~2 times per day,every time 5~10 minutes

When you are working,shopping,studying or playing outdoors you can use it.

Not suitable for the men whose body has heart pacemaker,cancer,Tumor,allergy or drunk etc.
