1.what`s including?

2.How do i customize my stamp?
Step 1: send us your design file to my Email .AI / CDR files are preferable but we can help converting JPG or any image files format.(extra charge depends on complicity)
Step 2:Please tell you what size you want? 1cmx1cm, 2cmx2cm and so on.Price for larger stamps to be discussed.


3.Shipping time

-A custom stamp can be made ready to ship in 3-5 days(additional cost applies for urgent order)

-It normally take 10-15 days via Normal international mail, It you need it fast, we can send you via Express mail (DHL,UPS) within 5 working days which charge extra $24(Price for heavier products to be discussed.)

-Materials :metal brass
-Stamp thickness 8mm, Engraving depth 2.5-3mm. 
-Size of design up to 10 cm square in area. e.g. 5cm x 2cm or 3cmx3cm. 
- You can choose from male / female die cut.


***HEAT EMBOSSER***

150W or 200W -300V

-CN outlet, Suitable in US . Euro Converter will take extra $6

-Adjustable temperature (200-450 °C) for different types of leather

-Stamps are interchangeable
