It helps maintain a proper, moist healing environment. High density foam backing redistributes pressure, enhancing local circulation. Adhesive outer border keeps dressing in place, even over bony prominences. "No-touch" system allows easy application while wearing gloves. Residue-free removal helps prevent irritation.
