It's unlikely you will easily find scallops such as these because these are Grade AAA and wild-caught from the cold pristine northern waters of Hokkaido that not even the wild-caught Hotate you get from other parts of Hokkaido can compare.

Please don't compare these scallops to those other Hokkaido Scallops you might find in the supermarkets sold at lower prices. Those are usually non-sashimi grade and, even in the rare instance you find the sashimi-grade ones, they may still don't come close to these in terms of quality.
