These nails are easy to put on and easy to take off with no damage or residue left on your natural nails. With normal usage (cooking, cleaning, typing, gatdening, etc.) mine stay on for 7 - 9 days and keep a high-gloss shine the entire time. I especially like that the "short" nails area very functional and look ever so natural.
