How To Use

In a hot water - Wrap pack in a tea towel/cloth, Submerge in boiling water for apprx 10 minutes.

  

Please pack on the area needing treatment, place a towel between the body and the pack if the level of heat is uncomfortable.

  

How to use cold pack

  

Place in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours or place in a Freezer for 30 minutes

 

.How to use hot pack

In a microwave - Heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes (2-3 minutes each side)
