Payment

• We only accept ESCROW payment!  

• We must receive payment 7 days after the auction ended.

• Please make sure your shipping address in ESCROW is correct. We will only follow your address listed in the ESCROW payment for the shipment. If there is any difference, please make note in ESCROW or leave us a message immediately. Please note that we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX.

Shipping

• We usually process orders within 3 business days after received your payment. (Exclude weekends and public holidays).

• We will strive our best to provide you the most reliable and affordable way of shipping service, however international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local custom. Shipping period usually is 7-10 days. Because of the destination and other factors, it might take up to 25 days. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance if the item is not arrived after 30 days.

• All of AliExpress item could be sent to all over the world. We will provide shipment details to you after item shipped.

• All of AliExpress item will be marked as a GIFT at lowest valued for Customs.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to confirm what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• Transit time may vary. Particularly during the holiday season like Christmas. It may take over 4 weeks (longer than normal). Please consider the longer delivery time before making a purchase.

Returns

• We recommend you to have a look at the User Manual before you start to use the torch. If the item can't work fine according to the User Manual, please contact our customer service representative ASAP. Let us know the Detailed Problem, we will do our best to serve you.

• If the package damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return to us. Then contact us promptly.

• We only accept the original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. Please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer unless item is DOA (damage on arrival). All claims for DOA must be applied for within 7 days.

• We must be notified within 14 days after the item received. We will not accept beyond the deadline.

• We pay much attention on after-sales service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact with us immediately by email or AliExpress message. We will return or refund. Buyer is responsible for return costs and shipping handling fees.
