【Points of fresh paste】
1 Domestic Pakuti Used: We selected from the seeds of Pakuchi and used Pakuchi grown in Japan.
I am also committed to cultivation methods, and I am using Pakuchi suitable for processing.
2 Firm taste and green color: We use raw materials made from raw domestic parchi paste, and retain the rich flavor and rich green color by our own technology.
Taste is decided by just three multiplications: Since the base of Pakuchi sauce uses fish sauce (Nampula) which is effective in umami and salty, you can season it just by putting it in the ingredients as it is.
