The words that are hidden in this particular design are 'LIGHT, 'LIFE', 'ENERGY' (Sun), 'SERENITY', 'PEACE' and 'CALM' (Moon). The bottom is made of biodegradable natural tree rubber that provides superior traction regardless of if it is used over a regular yoga mat or on its own. The top layer is an ultra-absorbent microfiber and is printed with water-based ink. All of the materials are responsibly sourced and manufactured in a sweatshop-free facility. **Please note: The travel mat/yoga towel just needs to be line dried after hot yoga or when wet. It can be machine washed but is not needed very often. When washed, wash by itself with cold water, no fabric softener, on gentle cycle, and line dried, not in direct sun.
