Rinse and shake vigorous after use. The sponge has a loop for easy hanging after use, and for hygiene, it is recommended that these articles be changed every 30 days, and never to be shared. The sponge is the large one, approximately 6' in diameter (allow a few inches discrepancy), and 4.1 oz. for one sponge. The pack contains two mesh with assorted colors.
