Featuring two helper handles for easy transport, it is both durable and long lasting. Heat resistant up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, its interior features a matte nonstick enamel finish that is scratch and stain resistant. The oils used and created when cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a natural, smooth nonstick surface. In addition, it comes with a tight fitting lid that has self-basting spikes to ensure a continuous, even distribution of juices throughout the cooking process. The hexagon shaped smooth bottom evenly distributes heat and is suitable for use on any cooking surface, including induction.
