With a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR**) of 11m3/H for dust and 10m3/H for formaldehyde, our 3M™ Vehicle Air Purifier Plus can effectively cleans all car sizes such as sedans, SUVs and MPVs.
**CADR is a measure of an air cleaner’s delivery of particle-free air and it is calculated from independent lab tests. To compare two air cleaners, look at the CADR rate. The higher the CADR, the faster the unit cleans the air. CADR is reported in cubic feet of particle-free air per minute (CFM).
Smart air detection quality technology
With a smart operation mode, the 3M™ Air Purifier Plus can automatically adjust the purifier’s settings according to the condition of the interior air, without you having to manually adjust it. The air purifier has a sensitive air quality sensor and multi-colored LED indicator inbuilt to show the level of chemical pollutants within the vehicle.
Note: As soon as a power source is connected, the device will immediately start up and begin to automatically detect the air quality within the vehicle’s interior, during which the air quality indicator light will shine blue (detection state). The air quality detection will finish after the power source has been connected for 3 minutes. Hereafter, the air quality indicator light will change from blue (detection state) to the appropriate green (good quality), yellow (moderately good quality), or red colour (poor quality).

The filter in the Vehicle Air Purifier is disposable and cannot be washed. • How long can my filter last? Typically the filter will last 6-9 months, however this is also dependent on environmental settings. ie. the poorer the vehicle air quality the shorter the filter lifespan as well as the frequency and duration of the drive.
