The Work Sharp Culinary E5 Upgrade Kit adds versatility to the E5 electric kitchen knife sharpener (sold separately) with 15 Degree and 20 Degree sharpening guides, and specialty sharpening belts optimized to create traditional East and West edge angles. The E5 Upgrade Kit includes two (2) P120 red sharpening belts, one (1) P120ZA blue sharpening belt, one (1) X30 grey sharpening belt, and one (1) X4 white sharpening belt. Each belt is part of a sharpening "recipe" with corresponding angle guides to create and maintain traditional East and West edges. The Nora brand belts are designed to be gentle on knives while creating an amazingly sharp edge - even on today's most advance cutlery steels.
