I recently purchased some other vitamins to hopefully improve my skin health, and I looked into a lot of different kinds. However, I do not do well with pills, so I have been getting gummies. Unfortunately, there weren't any Vitamin E gummies on Walmart.com, so I looked into these. What's better than a topical version? So, I bought them and gave them a try. I absolutely love them! Now, they aren't very greasy, but almost everything Vitamin E is oily, so there is a little bit of that if you use to much in one area. However, I found that I can cut one capsule open and get about 4-5 uses out of it for my face and neck together. I keep it in a little bag after I cut it open for future use. I have some problem skin and this definitely seems to be helping a lot. I am not saying it is curing my acne, but it does say it can help skin a lot, including scars. I see a true improvement in my skin when I use this product. It goes on so smoothly. It is best when used at night, but you can use it in the morning too. I put it on underneath my Aveeno overnight cream.
