I have such a hard time swallowing pills, so I often opt for chewables, liquids or powder. These were the perfect price and since they are slow release (less likely to cause nausea), I went with them. I take them with my daily chewable multivitamin after a meal and I have no complaints. I don't ever feel nauseous after taking them and they don't make me constipated like regular iron pills often do.
