For the soup which is the biggest feature, 100% of Yamamoto Brewery Co., Ltd. 's dense soy sauce from Toyama prefecture was used, and by adding a back fat it gave rich flavor and umami firmly.
By adding additional spice, the tender spicy of ground cooked black pepper enhances the taste of the soup.
Noodle is non-fried noodle of original manufacturing method, boasts a texture like slippery, silky raw noodles.
