Wash legs with warm water and soap and dry thoroughly.To expose under-skin hair growth, rub a coarse sponge or a loofah over your legs, against the direction of hair growth.Before 1st use check that the voltage indicated on the transformer corresponds to your home voltage and use only the transformer provided.Place the on/off switch in the "0" position.Plug the electrical cord into the unit.Connect the transformer to an electrical outlet, the red LED will turn on indicating that the batteries are being charged.Charge the batteries for at least 12 hours.This needs to be done even if you are planning to use the Legend only corded.The LED will remain red any time the unit is plugged in.It will not change color when fully charged.Regular charging time should be 8 hours.Note that although charging for more than 8 hours will not damage the unit, it may shorten the life span of the batteries.
