Notes:
1) If the motor is humming loudly, make sure the water level is above the minimum line; add water in time to avoid motor being damaged.
2) The filter should be cleaned or replaced every 20 to 30 days for use by one animal; multiple animal homes will require more frequently (old filter is still reusable after cleaning).
3) Its submersible pump, body and all other plastic parts should be cleaned by hand with mild dish soap, not dishwasher safe.
4) Remember to cut off the power supply every time you do the cleaning or maintenance.
