Singapore Service providers will only check these 2 area for water existance, a white litmus paper is located inside these 2 holes. if the paper become "Red", this means it had been contact with water and hence warrenty is void. repair cost might be range from $180 - $300

If your iphone is faulty due to "no backlight", "no sound", "cannot power up" etc.. and you bring it back for your selected service provider to check, they will only check these 2 area with a torch light. if the white litmus paper remains "White". they will give you a new iphone 1 to 1 exchange on the spot. *Exprienced 2 times myself
