Order Processing and Shipping Procedures:

All items will be shipped from Hong Kong (e-Express by Hongkong Post) or Singapore (DHL Globalmail Packet Plus). A tracking number will be provided for track and trace purpose.

If you cannot receive your item after the expected delivery date, please contact us for follow up actions.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase.

All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return, Lens Labo Co. Limited reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:
- Any opened or broken products
- After 30 days from the shipping date
