They were on sale and I'm so happy I decided to give them a try! I'm very frugal and don't like to spend a lot on underwear yet along with value I do expect quality, longevity, and comfort in the brands I buy. Gildan basic white briefs provide me ALL that I am looking for and more.The waistband is very appealing and the weight of the cotton material feels soft and durable. It has been several months now since my original purchase of Gildan white briefs and I have bought many more. They hold their shape and whiteness exceptionally well through daily wear and much washing. I wash my whites in cold water and minimal detergent to conserve energy and dollars, and these briefs resist becoming dingy or stained very well. And despite much activity, the leg openings stay snug, and the bottom does not droop but rather frames and accentuates my athletic build. Also, if you are "adequate" as well, believe me there is plenty of support in that department without feeling too restricted. I also faithfully use the front Y opening when nature calls and after many times opening, it has yet to stretch or gap.As I gradually replace miscellaneous brands of older briefs, my only complaint is I'm interested in buying packages of larger quantity than currently offered. I never liked the comfort of them, but to contiune to "fit in" I switched to at least boxer briefs. I did wear those for quite awhile and then said who cares and went back to briefs. Always being led by of course FTL and Hanes. I was at the store and noticed these gildan ones and figured why not. I'm happy I did. I absolutely LOVE these Gildan Briefs. They fit perfect, stay in place all day, wash well, just a great product. I do wish the White Briefs came in more than a 2 pack and I'm started to see them not get replaced at the store, but more colored ones are arriving. I'm not to much of a fan of colored ones. I like my traditional white cotton briefs. I'm now a believer in comfort over style, and briefs are my go to underwear. Call me a Tighty Whitie guy I don't Care! Keep up the great work I love this product. White briefs are simply the best kind of underwear for all situations and I've worn nothing but white briefs my whole life.
