Order Confirmation
Please ensure the item options are correct before proceed for payment. 

Double check your address to prevent lost in transit due to wrong address. 

Item Out of Stock
For any item which is out of stock, we will notify you by email or sms for new replacement

 or further actions 


Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping over S$66.00 purchase 

Orders will be posted out 1-2 working days after payment is completed. The shipping takes

usually 7~10 Business Days once payment is cleared. Do note that there is no mailing on weekends.

Shipping may influenced by holidays,events or some other uncertainties.

We could not guarantee the exact arrival time.  


Color Display
Product Colors, design and material may looks different from the product

images displayed due to different resolution settings of individual monitor.

All images listed are taken under professional conditions with flash lighting,

 hence, actual colors may be lighter under normal lighting. 


Size Measurement
Different measurement methods will incur some variances in between. Therefore,

cloth sizes may not be 100% accurate due to flat measurement by hands. 

Be aware of variance possibility between 1-3 cm. 


Cancel/Refund/Exchange

Any exchangers/return please kindly go through email only. Please email to lolidollcs@hotmail.sg

 for exchange matters and follow up.

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
All items sold are NON REFUNDABLE unless paid item is out of stock. Products are EXCHANGEABLE only

due to Manufacturing defect/wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock.

All products Quality check will be done before sending out via courier service from our warehouse.

Our exchange/return period is 7days from date of item received and any request after it won’t be accepted

 

Incase of any exchange request approval, Customers will need to send the products back to us before we ship

out the replacement.

Any defect item will be replaced back to same design, size and color.

Customers are responsible for the 2 way shipping costs for the return of goods under any circumstances.

We do not refund or perform exchanges for the delivered items due to below reasons:

 

1.    Personal dislike, simple change of mind after purchase.

2.    Slight color differences example: same color range or any other minor physical differences thread

      fray ends,wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams, minor unobvious tear on seams which can

      stitched/repaired.  

3.    personal use products including pills .lingerie, offered and promotion products.

4.    Sizing issues(clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing

      therefore pls take note of size measurements satted when making purchase)And customers whom

      placed the purchase is responsible for own size cutting measurement, as this will helps in preventing

      any unnecessary disputes.

5.    Claiming that the cutting of products is not good.

6.    Any damage caused by the in-proper care of the product after purchased.

7.    We will refuse any refund or exchange after the item is being washed or used.

8.    Deliberate damage of items such that it will warrant an exchange.

9.    Slight discoloration of graphic print on items

Mail Option

 Please opt for registered mail with tracking featured for safe delivery without worries of lost in transit.

Note:We do not responsible for any lost item under normal mail option as no tracking feature is available.
