I have tried so many products from different companies, but noooo SHEER is something different! I have no idea what they put in it, but it works %100. And the amazing thing about it that it shows results in 2-3 days!! Their customer service is an excellent and so friendly. I definitely recommend their products to everyone. This product with its branched-chain amino acids gives my body that extra kick to overcome this obstacle. I do not have much body fat so can't comment on how this product will assist you in losing fat... but in my honest opinion, this product will help you lose fat when - and only when - combined with proper exercise.
