Rice bran contains about 20% of oil, it is one of valuable fat and raw materials.
Boseau's brown rice oil makes a dish up one ranking while making use of the flavor of the material with a light and fragrant flavor.
It is also resistant to oxidation, so it is widely used as oils such as potato chips, fried rice crackers and Karintō.
Brown rice oil contains plenty of vitamin E which protects lipids in the body from oxidation, and it also contains natural nutritional ingredients such as plant sterol, gamma oryzanol and tocotrienol.
