For a complete weight loss regeimen I also take triple strength fish oil separately. Also, the packs only have 2 softgels of CLA which will give you only 2 grams , and a minimum of 3.4 grams of CLA has been clinically test to do the trick of CLA’s benefits. So to get my complete CLA I also take GNC’s Total Lean CLA , only 2 soft gels. So, in total I get 4.0 grams of CLA daily. Way above the minimum recommended amount. The 2 burn 60 capsules I take before working out along with the big white L- Carnitine caplet. After my workout , usually, in the morning , I eat. After eating , it’s a perfect time to take the multivitamin , waterx, 4 CLA soft gels , and my fish oil pill. I can obviously see the muscle toning and fat loss in places . Will continue to take this regime in. Oh, Also I didn’t mention I am also takeing GNC’s Total Lean Lean Shake 25. My favorite flavor is Rich chocolate . I love to add a banana in when I blend it . Taste is fantastic . I take two servings , like the directions say, a day . One serving is 2 scoops . One in the morning and the other for lunch. Was this review helpful? It needs more CLA. I started JUST CLA. AUGUST 23 2017.
