Size S= 6 1/2"- 7" ( 16.5cm-17.8 cm palm perimeter with 25cm upper perimeter)

Size M= 7"- 7 1/2" ( 17.8cm-19.0cm palm perimeter with 26cm upper perimeter)

Size L= 7 1/2"-8" ( 19.0cm-20.3cm palm perimeter with 27cm upper perimeter

Size XL= 8"-8 1/2"( 20.3cm-21.5cm palm perimeter with 28cm upper perimeter )
