2) All orders will be shipped on the SAME or NEXT working day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that delivery time is 4 to 5 working days. 
3) SingPost normal mail service does not provide tracking number to track your order. This service is provided as a cheaper way to deliver your item(s), use this service at your own risk. It is noted that Singpost normal mail is observed to be an efficient and reliable mode of shipping
      Note: Seller will not be liable for normal delivery even if the goods are lost or damaged during delivery.
4) For Registered Mail, you will receive the tracking number by email in 1 to 2 working days (Recommended). 
5) For orders not delivered due to wrong address keyed-in the system, and has been returned to My Mailbox, it will be sent out only depending on buyer’s new instruction and expense.
