Kindly remind:

1. The CAR DVR can only be on CAR which is of The 12 v power. It may burn the motherboard if charged on truck with 24 v power. But if you want to use it on truck,  please contact us first and leave a memo for the 24V Car camera adapter with your order, so that you can use this car camera on your truck.

2. You'd better use with Kingston or Sandisk original C10 high-speed card, before using pls format or clear the card at DVR. If you do not have one, we advise you buy the original high speed Class 10 SD Card from us with your order.

3. That built-in battery is small with this size, so it will be power off soon when your car engine is off. Please keep charging by your car charger (not USB).  A few customers said our DVR turned off soon when pressing on, that was because he/her not charging DVR in his/her car .

4. All of our DVRs have protective screen films, you can uncover it or keep it on it. So no scratches at all. Please kindly check.
