1. Registered mail is by Singpost and will take 2 - 4 business days to be delivered. Singpost does not deliver on weekends/public hoilday neither would it entertain specific delivery request.
 
Registered mail is traceable and secure better than Normal mailing which is unable to trace and could took 2 to 3 weeks to reach , espically during or after public hoilday. 
 
2. For Urgently, Taqbin is the best, will take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered.

Put into freezer for at least 5 to 6 hours ( depends)
