As with all handmade, it will not be 100% perfect.
Nevertheless, best effort will be ensured at all times as we love to make our customers happy upon receiving our bags. 

Defective items not due to postage, buyer's negligence or self depreciation, will be subjected to refund. However, please take note of these non-refundable scenarios below.

- unfavorable selection of cloth piece used for name embroidery or thread color 
- torn or tear after machine wash
