Please choose your casing carefully, I do not entertain people telling me that they bought the wrong case & want to exchange. We do our best to provide the casing at a great price at fast service & it will be a disservice just for us to delay & exchange the product resulting in expenses in postage, it will end up pushing the price up & the end user will be affected. I wish to maintain a great product at an affordable price for everyone…Hope you all can understand.

Even thought we may deliver the item within 1-3 working days from our store, postage may be delayed due to handling or high demand at Singpost. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Do read our feedback, we do have high percentage of positive feedback & do be sure that your items will be packaged nicely before being shipped out.
We do sell transparent cases and we take extra care when packing them & mailing them out. How the shipping company handle the package is out of our hand. If you are very particular about minor scratches or smudges, kindly refrain from buying transparent case. We do have a variety of design for almost all mobile phones.
Mobile phone cases are used to protect the phone, most important part is that it showcases the phone in its original state as well as protecting the phone. Don’t be upset over a small scratch or two when the case helps to prevent damage to the phone. Imak transparent cases will not break easily but if you are not careful, there may be scratches over the case after long usage. Our staffs are using the Imak Transparent cases for the past year & so far, it has being very durable. People keep asking about the brand & more people are buying this case. Think about the beauty of your phone rather than looking out for minor scratches here & there.
For people choosing postage via Singpost Smartpac, the item will be pack in a smartpac bag before dropping into a posting box. I will input the tracking number immediately but it may take a few days later for Singpost to reflect the tracking code as they require to collect the parcel and process the package and update the tracking. So it will be common for the item to be classified under "Not Found” after the first few days of postage. This is at the discretion of Singpost and we are not liable for how long they take to update the system.
For smartpac, the item will be delivered to your letterbox so you will be advised to check your letterbox for the package.
We have added a new service provider, Seller Delivery. They provide same day delivery or the day after. For those who wish to receive the item on the same day or next day, kindly choose the Seller Delivery option. You are able to track the item immediately.
So it will be better to put your residential address or address where you will be around instead of workplace. (Unless you are there at night for night shift)
Do know the restricted areas that Rocket Uncle are not able to deliver to.
We will try our best to send out & ask Rocket Uncle to deliver to you on the same day.
For reasons out of our control, we cannot guarantee that the item will be deliver as you have to give time for vehicle break down or system error. I believe the item will reach you within 24-48 working hours. So this will be the most expedite delivery to you.
For returns due to faulty items or any other reasons, kindly send back the case with the original box.
Items without the original box will not be viable for returns or exchange.
Charges of $1.50 for admin fee due to change of mind or wrong order. Kindly take extra care to choose the right option.
Kindly ensure the case is in a proper package when returning the case for exchange or returns. If the case is damaged when returning, no more changes are allowed.
For wrong delivery, I will arrange for the exchange of the wrong item sent with the original product ordered.
Some items may be out of stock, seller will update you via whatsapp to inform you of the delay & restocking plan.

We also carry Remax powerbank & cables. We sell only authentic stuffs. We may not be the cheapest but be assure that we are 100% real. No fake. There are a lot of fakes for Remax & Nillkin that are selling at incredible low price. Be aware & of course not every cheap things are good.
There may be other brand like Speedy that claims to be better than Remax but then again, they are not a known brand. (They don’t even have a booth at the recent Hong Kong IT Expo, one of the biggest event in HK/China for cable & accessories while Remax has a few booth there) You can google Remax cable and they have a website while try googling for Speedy cable & you will not be able to find anything online. They are not from Japan at all. I don’t wish to complain about them as it is unethical. They are cheap imitation of Remax without any QC. Some of you may be lucky to get the proper working cable but if you are unlucky, then you may get some cable that don’t charge as well as they claim. The quality tend not to last & of course, they don’t have the fastest charging cable in the market as compare to Remax. This is the feedback from one of my employee sister & now she is using Remax cable for charging. Save the hassle & buy from us. We can guarantee most of the cable will be as mentioned. Fast & efficient.
Why our tempered glass is more expensive
Many sellers are selling their tempered glass at a very low rate. Based on experience, we have sell those type of tempered glass before. Even thought they provide the same protection as normal tempered glass, the cheaper glass tend to be a fingerprint magnet & is not easy to manage. We have staff buying the tempered glass from those vendors & after a month or 2 decided to use our own tempered glass.
It only cost a few dollars more for Nillkin or Imak tempered glass, they are specially designed to ensure user satisfaction. They are all coated with oil to prevent fingerprint & smooth operation. Most tempered glass especially the cheap one does not do that. It is rough & hard to glide along the surface. There's always dust like particles on these tempered glass & very hard to make it spotless clean.
So in short, our tempered glass has went thru the whole process of R&D to ensure that user will have an ease of mind when they use ours. These type of glasses will cost above $30 outside in the stores but due to demand, we are trying to ensure that our customers get the best deal.
