Instruction:
First,Adjust the shape of the grillz to curve to the shape of your mouth;
Second,Place the fixing bar in between the prongs of the grillz;
Third,Adjust the prongs to lock in the bar;
Forth,Pick up the grillz and fixing bar together;
Fifth,Submerge both the grillz and fixing bar in hot water (~170 F)for approximately 15 seconds or until the bar becomes clear;
Last,Place the grillz onto your teeth and adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire.the fixing bar should take approx. 20 seconds to harden.
