I find it just as effective as more expensive brands. If I were to change anything it would be for less packaging. Walmart once sold it in jars, but have since begin selling each tab individually wrapped. More package, less product. Nevertheless still the best value in dairy digestive supplements. Since I stayed taking these with dairy I have not had a single issue. Just keep in mind that everyone's body is different, so just because they work perfectly for me doesn't mean they will for you.
