<br />Time and date setting instructions:
<br />1. When the LEDs are off, press the top button (MODE), the watch display time, the TIME LED is on.
<br />2. Press the bottom button (SET), the hour LEDs will flash, press the MODE button to adjust time, hold the MODE button for automatically increasing the time digits.
<br />3. Press SET again, the minutes LEDs will flash, press MODE button to increase digits.
<br />4. Press SET again, the month LEDs will flash, press MODE to adjust month, DATE LED will on to show it is on DATE mode.
<br />5. Press SET again, the day leds will flash, press MODE to adjust date.
<br />6. Press the SET to turn the watch back to normal display.
