Troubleshooting for syncing/paring issues if that happens - make sure your smart phone operation system is the latest version
- go to the APP settings in your phone general setting, select "yes" for all the permissions
- turn off the device and turn on again
- uninstall and reinstall the App
- reboot the smart phone so the Bluetooth of the phone will be reset
