Pinto bean flakes are easy and fast to use. They can be added to soups and stew, either to thicken or to make base. Rehydrate and season as desired to make taco and burrito filling and pinto bean dip.

Directions
Add 1/3 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup mix. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Yield approximately 1/3 cup.
