LOADING THE INHALER 1. Remove the aluminum cap 2. Hold the slotted metal top and pull the glass bottle from the bottom aluminum shell 3. Unscrew and remove the slotted top 4. Insert a single wick into the bottle with 1/4 inch of the wick remaining above the lip of the bottle. 5. Using a bottle or dropper add your choice of essential oil(s) on the wick extending from the bottle. We recommend starting with only a few drops, and then adding more if you determine you'd like a stronger aroma. Note: You should add the oil drops to the wick, not into the bottle. To remove or replace a wick, use tweezers 6. Screw the metal slotted top back onto the bottle. 7. Place the bottle back into the bottom aluminum shell and replace the top USING THE INHALER 1. Remove the top of the aluminum inhaler 2. Hold the inhaler just below your nose and inhale slowly to a count of five. (Do not put the inhaler in your nose.) Hold for another count of five and then exhale slowly. This will help your body to absorb and utilize the essential oil
