SingPost Normal Mail (No Tracking Number Provided)   

 Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail by Singpost Normal Mail. 

 

SingPost Registered Mail (Tracking Number Provided)

  Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.

We strongly recommend customers to use Singpost Registered Mail!

 Delivery usually take 3-5 working days to reach your mailbox (it may take longer during Festive season or long holiday)  after the shipment date from us. We aim to have your items shipped to you at the earliest possible date after payment is confirmed.

We will suggest if there are any defect goods / wrong item / unsatisfied item please contact us: huytieng@hotmail.com

Local Postage: Defect item / wrong item / unsatisfied item photo must send us within 7 days after we send out the parcel.

We will NOT be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from buyer to Deal & Deals).

Item must be in original condition.. (such as unwash, tag attached, no perfume smell etc...)

3. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing therefore please take note of size measurements stated when placing order. Measurement is subject to 2-3cm error tolerance.
